How to Apply
Step 1: Prep Your Nails (The Secret to Longevity)
The cleaner your natural nails are, the better your gel wraps will adhere. Don't skip this step.
- File your nails to your desired length and shape. Gently push back your cuticles using a wooden cuticle stick.
- Wipe each nail down with an alcohol pad to eliminate any remaining natural oils. Let them air dry completely.
Step 2: Size & Select
- Find the gel wrap strip that best matches the width of your nail.

Pro Tip: If you are between sizes, pick the smaller side. Choosing a strip that is slightly smaller than your nail is better than one that touches your skin or cuticle (which can cause lifting).
Step 3: Apply & Smooth
- Carefully lift the gel wrap from the sheet (avoid touching sticky side as much as possible).
- Place the wrap on your nail, positioning it just above your cuticle line (do not place it on top of the skin or cuticle).
- Press down firmly in the center, then smooth it outward toward the sides. Press down the edges with the wooden stick and press the entire strip to ensure there are no air bubbles.
Step 4: Trim & File
- Cut the excess length of the strip using nail clippers or scissors, leaving just a tiny bit overlapping your natural nail edge.
- Fold the slight excess downward over the tip of your nail.
- Hold a nail file at a 90-degree angle (perpendicular to your nail) and file in a single, downward motion to smoothly shear away the remaining excess.
Done!
Your manicure is fully set. There is no need to wait around or use a lamp. You're ready to show off your fresh manicure.
Avoid Post-Application
To give the adhesive the absolute best bond, try to avoid getting your hands wet (showering, washing dishes, swimming) for the first 1–2 hours after application. Many love applying their wraps right before bed!
How to Remove (Damage-Free)
Step 1: Apply cuticle oil
- Apply a few drops of cuticle oil or warm soapy water around the edges of the wrap.
Step 2: Gently lift the wrap
- Use the wooden cuticle stick to gently lift the edge of the wrap from the base of your nail.
- Slowly and gently slide the stick underneath the wrap to lift it off completely. Never force or rip the wrap off—if it feels stubborn, simply apply a bit more oil or water.
Step 3: Clean remaining glue
- Remove any excess glue with alcohol or nail polish remover.
