✨ About Our UV-Free Gel Wraps
What are UV-Free Gel Wraps?
Neroli Bloom Gel Wraps are real liquid gel nail polish manis molded into easy-to-apply sticker strips that are already 100% cured. This means you get the glossy, high-shine, durable finish of a salon gel manicure without needing a UV/LED lamp, zero drying time, and absolutely zero damage to your natural nails.
How do I apply them?
Achieving a perfect manicure is simple:

Prep: Clean your nails, push back your cuticles, and wipe them down with an alcohol pad to remove natural oils.

Size: Select the strip size that best fits your nail.

Apply: Peel off the clear protective film, place the wrap on your nail (smoothly pressing from the center outward) and press edges with the wooden stick.

File: Use the file to remove the excess wrap filing downward to a clean, perfect edge (avoid filing in other directions).
Do I need a UV or LED lamp to cure them?
No lamp required! Unlike semi-cured gel strips on the market, our wraps are fully UV-free and self-curing. They are ready to wear the second you smooth them onto your nails.
How long do they last?
When applied correctly to clean, prepped nails, Neroli Bloom UV-Free gel wraps can last up to 10–14 days with beautiful, chip-resistant shine.
How do I remove them?
Removal is completely damage-free and requires no harsh acetone soaking. Simply apply a drop of cuticle oil or warm soapy water around the edges of the wrap, and gently lift it away from the base using a wooden cuticle stick. Remove remaining glue with cotton pad and nail polish remover.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively to the United States (all 50 states) and the United Arab Emirates (all Emirates). We hope to expand to more countries soon!
How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $50 (300AED): Free standard shipping.

Orders under $50 (300AED): Shipping rates vary depending on your location and order weight. Your exact shipping total will be calculated and clearly stated at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. Once handed over to the carrier, domestic shipping within the US or UAE generally takes 3–7 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
🔄 Returns, Cancellations & Issues
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all packaging intact.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are so sorry to hear that! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at support@nerolibloombeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the item so we can fix it for you right away.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can update or cancel your order after it is placed, but you must contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled and processed by our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order.
My tracking says "Delivered," but my package isn't here.
Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered a bit ahead of schedule. We kindly ask that you allow 48 hours for the package to show up. If it still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, please contact us at support@nerolibloombeauty.com and we will help investigate.
