30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of items within 30ย days of receipt of your goods, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition.

  • The original packaging must be intact.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right as swiftly as possible. Please email us immediately at support@nerolibloombeauty.comย with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Need to change your mind or fix a typo?

  • You can update or cancel your order after it is placed, but it must be done as soon as possible.

  • Please note: If your order has already been fulfilled and processed by our warehouse, we are unable to update your shipping address or cancel the order.

If you need an urgent change, please contact us at support@nerolibloombeauty.comย immediately with your order number in the subject line.

Lost or Missing Packages

We strive to ensure a smooth delivery process with our carrier partners. However, we recognize that there are rare instances when a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located.

If this happens:

  1. Please allow 48 hours from the time of the "delivered" notification. Carriers sometimes mark deliveries a bit ahead of their actual arrival time.

  2. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk/management.

  3. If your package remains missing after the 48-hour window, please contact us at support@nerolibloombeauty.comย so we can help investigate.
